VISION 2020: The Right to Sight is a global initiative of the International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness (IAPB) and the World Health Organization (the WHO), with a coalition of international Non-Governmental Organisations. Rattle Can Films
Rattle Can Films produced VHI’s documentary film, Puede Ver la Luz? (Can You See the Light?) during our 2005 field program in Piura, Peru.
